Jerry A Ranger – well what can one say about an individual who writes a song about having a colonoscopy? Wacky and zany come to mind – but perhaps not as often as they come to his. Speaking on behalf of Jerry, I feel confident that I have the inside track of his talents, experience and often times humorous wit.
 Jerry has spent the past 40 years in the music and entertainment arena, having written and produced a multitude of shows for the Cruise Line Market, Casino show rooms and various other venues. He has ventured into the world of Jazz, big band, orchestrating, conducting, arranging, commercials and advertising, performing and the theatrical Broadway stage musicals.
Ranger owned a 10 piece show band inclusive of palm trees, zoot suits, gangster outfits crazed band members in white tails that has performed across the United States and Canada reminding audiences what the swing era was like in the eyes of Cab Calloway, Luis Jordan, Louis Prima and other nefarious ‘Swing Heavies’ from the 30’s and 40’s.
Following his performing years Jerry delved into the field of arranging and orchestrating for many artists, then a quick stint in the cruise line production show market (25 years) and now he is heavily involved in writing original Broadway Musicals. See what wacky and zany can do to you?
